LUMBERTON, N.C. (AP) -- A total reward of $20,000 is being offered in the case of a 13-year-old girl kidnapped from a North Carolina mobile home park.

Lumberton police announced Friday that Gov. Roy Cooper's office is offering $5,000 for information that leads to Hania Noelia Aguilar. The FBI is offering $15,000.

Relatives say the eighth-grader went outside last week to start a relative's SUV to prepare to leave for the bus stop. Police say a man then forced her into an SUV and drove off. A witness says the man was dressed in all black and was wearing a yellow bandana.

The FBI says the SUV was found in Lumberton Thursday, several miles from the mobile home park. Police Chief Michael McNeill asked nearby residents to check their property for anything unusual.

Investigators are seeking help identifying a person seen on surveillance video near the scene.

The FBI said Sunday they want to talk to everyone who lives near the Rosewood Mobile Home Park, from where Hania was abducted, and also Quincey Drive, where investigators located the SUV.

"We are walking in the neighborhood to make contact with everyone," Shelley Lynch, FBI-Charlotte spokeperson, said. "You may have the info we need to bring Hania home."

Hania is a Hispanic female, 5-feet tall, weighing approximately 126 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt with flowers and blue jeans.

The Lumberton Police Department has set up a special tip line for the Hania case: 910-272-5871.

Multiple teams of investigators and agents from the FBI, the Moore County Sheriff's Office, Lumber Police Department and Fort Bragg Military Police Investigators are canvassing the area and talking to people who may have information to help #FindHania.
