Suspect in NH gas station theft turns himself in

    ROCHESTER (WGME) -- The suspect in an early morning robbery of a Rochester gas station in November has turned himself into police.

    Valmore Langelier, 31, will not be charged with robbery as Rochester Police said they could only find evidence of felony theft by unauthorized taking.

    The incident took pace just before 2 a.m. on Nov. 5 at the Shell Station at 130 Washington St.

    Surveillance images show a man entered the gas station and demanded money. No weapon was shown and the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money.

    Langelier turned himself in Saturday just after 5 p.m. He was released on personal recognizance bail and will make his first court appearance on Jan. 24.
