BLUE HILL (WGME) -- Maine State Police have identified the skeletal remains found in Blue Hill earlier this week.
Police say the remains are those of 37-year-old Jessica Grindle, of Blue Hill, who has been missing since summer.
The positive Identification was made Thursday night at the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Augusta using dental records.
The State Medical Examiner’s Office Additional is attempting to determine how she died.
Grindle’s remains were found by a deer hunter Wednesday off Grindleville Road.
Several searches had taken place in the area since Grindle was reported missing in early August.
