Police search for Rochester bank robber

ROCHESTER, NH (WGME) -- The public is being asked to help find the man who robbed a Rochester bank Saturday morning.

Around 10:30 a.m. Saturday, police responded to the Holy Rosary Credit Union on Brock Street for a reported robbery.

A white man, described as being between 5'7'' and 5'11'' tall with a thin build, brown hair and blue eyes passed a note to a teller and left with an undisclosed amount of money.

No weapon was shown during the robbery. No one was injured.

The man, who was wearing a maroon jacket and red sweatpants, was last seen running toward Nicole Street. He is believed to be in his 20s or 30s.

A police K-9 was unable to find the suspect.
