Man accused of seriously injuring Maine child

Gabriel Bocanegra was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault on a child under the age of 6 years old, domestic assault on a child under the age of 6 years old and endangering the welfare of a child by violating a duty of care or protect. (Penobscot County Jail)
