Gov. LePage says he'll take on Angus King
OAKLAND (WGME) - More than 100 people packed Messalonskee Middle School to hear from Governor Paul LePage Tuesday night.
One of the questions someone had for the governor Tuesday night was if he will be running against Senator Angus King. Governor LePage confirmed he will be if he's not in Washington, which did get applause.
He mentioned he also has eyes on working for the Trump administration in his last town hall.
Governor LePage touched on his typical talking points including lowering taxes, reforming welfare, and cutting energy costs.
The Governor will hold another town hall next week. The location has not been announced.
