Acton man dies in Lebanon crash

LEBANON (WGME) -- Police said heavy fog was a factor in a fatal car crash early Saturday morning in Acton.

State police and Brian Leclair, 28, of Acton died after his car went off Emory Mills Road in Lebanon, overturned and slammed into a tree.

Leclair was wearing his seat belt but he died of head injuries, state police said.

The car ended up on its side on Emory Mills Road near the intersection of Baker's Grant Road.

Speed and heavy fog were factors in the crash.
