Arnold Schwarzenegger 'shaken' after plane forced to make emergency detour
Arnold Schwarzenegger was left "shaken" after an engine problem forced his British Airways flight to make a sharp descent of 1000 feet.
According to The Sun, the 71-year-old Terminator actor was returning home to Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon when the flight from Heathrow Airport was forced to make a sudden descent of more than a thousand feet off the west coast of Scotland.
BA quickly declared the issue an "emergency" and the flight returned to Heathrow where passengers, including the former Governor of California, had to circle over the capital for an hour to use up the fuel before it was given the all clear to safely land.
The Sun reports that the action star was "shaken but impressed with the professional BA crew".
