Shahin Khojastehzad, co-owner and general manager of Novare Res Bier Cafe in Portland, stands with some of the more than 120 kegs of beer in his cooler on Friday. Khojastehzad hopes to be doing just that by Tuesday. (Troy R. Bennett | BDN)
