Rangeley man accused of threatening to kill landlord

RANGELEY (WGME) -- A Rangeley man is accused of threatening to kill his landlord, then a policeman when he arrived on the scene, and that's not all.

43-year-old Michael Ford is charged with terrorizing after his landlord claims ford threatened to, quote, "blow his head off."

That landlord called police. The responding officer says Ford then threatened to shoot him too.

Officers then arrested him.

After searching his apartment, they say they didn't find a gun but did seize 70 marijuana plants and growing equipment.

He's now in the Franklin County Jail held on a probation violation.
