Woman charged with driving under influence with son in car
BRUNSWICK (WGME) -- A 33-year-old woman is arrested and charged with driving under the influence with her 16-month-old son in the car.
Brunswick police say Jocelyn Houston of Lisbon Falls was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Police were called to Main Street after a report that a gold Buick Regal went up onto a curb and stopped. When a passerby went to check it out, Houston allegedly drove off.
Her car was spotted at McDonald's about ten minutes later. Police say the child had on no coat or shoes and that a McDonald's worker gave the child a sweater to wear.
The child has been turned over to the grandparents.
Houston was released on a $3,000 bail.
