Thompson's Point master redevelopment plan unveiled
PORTLAND (WGME) -- Developers unveiled a $110 million master redevelopment plan for Thompson's Point Tuesday.
The plan would turn 30 acres of former industrial land into residential and commercial space and even a place for the first accredited circus conservatory in the U.S.
The Portland City Planning Board still has some questions about the plan, so there was no actual vote Tuesday.
The developer says his group hoes to have those answers ready by March so they can move forward with a public hearing and a final vote.
