LIVERMORE FALLS (Sun Journal) -- Police say a Wilton woman entered a Livermore Falls home Friday afternoon, took the flip flops worn by a young girl in the home and made the girl watch her as she used the bathroom.

Chrystal Rose, 36, was arrested later Friday by Kennebec County police in Fayette for unknown charges, Police Chief Ernest Steward, Jr., said.

The Livermore Falls Police Department gave her a summons for charges of violation of condition of release, visual sexual aggression and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Steward said. More charges are pending.

The Livermore Falls Police Department gave her a summons for charges of violation of condition of release, visual sexual aggression and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Steward said. More charges are pending.

Rose, apparently, walked in to the home where a 13-year-old girl was home alone and stole the blue flip flops worn by the girl. The girl did not see a weapon but Rose indicated she had one, he said.

She then made the girl go in to the bathroom and held her hands while she (Rose) defecated. She then made the girl flush the toilet, he said.

The girl, who did not know Rose, was obviously distraught but called her parents who reported the incident to Officer Darian Nadeau of Livermore Falls Police Department about 3 p.m., he said.

A "be on the look out" request was released to other police departments Saturday. Kennebec police responded that Rose was in the Kennebec Jail. The Livermore Falls officer then met with a Kennebec officer to transfer the arrest summons.

Rose remains at Kennebec County Correction Facility as of Monday morning. She was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release, according to an officer at the facility.
