Maine man arrested in Massachusetts quadruple murder

An ambulance leaves a Groton home where four people were killed.

GROTON (WGME) -- A man is charged with four counts of murder in Groton, Massachusetts.

22-year-old Orion Krause has been charged with murder after Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan says he killed an elderly man, two middle-aged women, and another female on Friday night.

Our sister station, WBZ in Boston, reports that a neighbor, Wagner Alcocer, found the suspect at his door Friday night.

Alcocer said the suspect was naked, covered in mud, and repeatedly asked for help.

Alcocer said he asked the suspect where his clothes were, and Krause reportedly responded with, "I left them in the woods, I murdered four people."

The district attorney's office says the victims all died of blunt force trauma and that it's a case of "tragic family violence.”
