NH woman sentenced to at least 8 years for selling fentanyl
NEW HAMPSHIRE (WGME) – A woman who sold fentanyl to a man, who then died of an overdose, is sentenced to at least eight years behind bars.
The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office says 27-year-old Tanya McCormack sold the fentanyl to 22-year-old Cole McMahon in August 2015.
Authorities say Cole was found dead the next day of an overdose.
McCormack pleaded guilty, and will have to serve at least 8 to 19 years in New Hampshire State Prison.
