New exit opens in Waterville
WATERVILLE (WGME) -- A new exit on I-95 is open to traffic now in Waterville.
The Maine DOT held a ribbon cutting at Exit 124, which is at Trafton Road in Waterville.
Construction on the new exit cost a little more than $5 million.
The governor was in attendance Friday, and said the project was successful because it was a team effort.
Waterville city leaders hope the new exit will foster business growth and opportunities in the area.
