Bath man accused of masturbating, exposing himself to teen girls

BATH (WGME) -- The Bath Police Department says they arrested a man after he allegedly masturbated and exposed himself to two teen girls on Saturday.

Police say two girls were walking along the pathway by the Patten Free Library when they saw a man masturbating in his vehicle parked on Front Street around 4:30 p.m.

The two teen girls, ages 13 and 14-years-old, immediately reported what they saw to a parent, according to police.

Police say officers approached the suspicious green truck and saw a man masturbating while seated in the vehicle.

Police identified the man as 39-year-old Jeremy Collier, of Bath.

Collier was arrested and charged with indecent conduct.

He was then released on $2,500 bail with the condition that he have no contact with children under 16.

Police say Collier has a lengthy criminal history, which includes the following convictions:

  • 1998 Indecent Conduct
  • 2000 Indecent Conduct
  • 2001 Visual Sexual Aggression against a Child
  • 2001 Indecent Conduct
  • 2016 Indecent Conduct

Collier’s court date is set for September 19.
