A 'Tale of Two Storms' in Portland
PORTLAND (WGME) -- Before Wednesday's storm switched over to snow, Maine's largest city was pounded by rain.
And while that's giving people along the coast less snow to shovel in this storm-- it's coming with its own set of problems..
The rain and melting snow had no place to go. Portland alone has about 6,000 storm drains and catch basins. Many of them were blocked by snow creating water hazards on the roads.
