PORTLAND (WGME) -- Fugitive Files is a chance for you to help law enforcement track down some of southern Maine's most wanted.

This week, it's the case of a woman convicted of a felony theft, now, on the run and believed to be in our area.

25-year-old Sarah Waterman, also known as Sarah Allard, has warrants for her arrest under both names.

“This woman goes by the name of Sarah Allard or Sarah Waterman, depending on the circumstances," said Cumberland County Sheriff Kevin Joyce.

Whatever name she's using, authorities say she's wanted, convicted of a high-end theft from the Freeport area, stealing thousands in silver flatware.

She's accused of then pawning the items at a Lewiston-Auburn area collectibles shop.

With the store's help, most of the items were found and returned to the owner, but she's still missing.

“We believe she's in the coastal area,” said Joyce. “Maybe the Falmouth, Freeport, Yarmouth area. She has been in contact and if anyone has any information on her, give us a call, and we'll make sure that somebody comes out and rounds her up.”

If you have any information-- now's the time to call: 207-774-1444, extension 2208.Fugitive Files: May 5, 2014
